fix(mobile): déconnexion locale d'abord (instantanée, fiable hors-ligne)

L'appel API /auth/logout pouvait bloquer la déconnexion ; on purge le token et
réinitialise l'état immédiatement, puis on notifie le serveur en arrière-plan.
